Unless there is an identical church out there, I am positive that is the Rockefeller Chapel at the University of Chicago. Which makes sense because Mutter is from Chicago and did most of his work here.
I always thought it was Rockefeller Chapel at the University of Chicago with Chicago's State Street running down the middle. There are two lions on the right side of the street that look like the same lions outside the Chicago Art Museum.
