Seriously,its important to paint figures,vehicle and groundwork in the same quality! But what imo is the most important is to make a good composition,it should be interesting for the viewer and the story you want to tell should be clear. I see a dio like a 3D painting!
Concerning your 2 questions:
The story is that the officer is communicating with the soldier with the fur cap what to do with the wounded,this soldier is giving a sign which direction they should bring them!If i should look him to de wounded there will be a connection with this soldier!
I had a discussion on another forum about the color from "Nordlands"250
In most cases they had a light 3 tone camo.The next photo is also a 250 from Nordland in the Narva region,I can't notice any camo so i used this vehicle for reference!
