sand bags & curbstones

hi all
here is my next sherman project.
the bags are made from italian air drying mass for artists.
good to work with and its not shrinking.
the curbstones...on the photo it looks like curbstones...are made from ureol.
its the italeri kit.

The sandbags are very animated- "live", as opposed to a pile of squarish ovals

Great job on the stowage so far. Are you going to make some sort of metal frame rack for the turret sandbags ? Also what is ureol ? Some sort of casting plaster ?

is a material for architectural modeling .
industrial designer are using it too. especially the car industry.
its not cheap but very usefull

Love the stowage, especially the sandbags!

Are you putting tracks with duck-bill extenders on? I would think with the curbstones, it would slow the tank down somewhat and make it much heavier.

the photo shows the tank without any extensions!!! yes!!!
the picture was made near cologne...I mean...must check it again
the track used was the "standard" v rubber chevron pattern.
