Hi all,

It's been a while since I posted an update on the BT. I'm working on the figure now, and I had a very hard time making the figure look acceptable. I had to strip off the paint after my first attempt, and to make matters worse, I damaged his right hand beyond repair in the process. I replaced the hand with one from a Nemrod French tanker set, which is also made to hold a sigarette. I didn't like the head that came with the figure, so I replaced it with an Alpine head. It looks a bit too big in the picture, but that's just the camera angle.
Painting is finally coming along OK-ish now; I mainly used acrylics, with sepia oil paint to line the seams. There's a lot left to do, but I hope you like the results so far.

I already admired your wonderful BT tank, and the figure is coming along well also...

Just watch the "long neck" of the figure. But I think you have not attached it definitely, have you?

Thanks for your compliments, guys. It was a bit of a struggle to get the figure to look as it does, and by now all I see is the bits that I could have done better. The head is not permanently attached, I'll adjust the neck a little further.
