It looks good. The finish and weathering came out nicely. Only a couple comments. The gear needs some straps. How it is now on the back deck, it would fly off when the vehicle moved, esp. the 7.62mm ammo cans on the left rear. Also, I'm assuming by the sign that it is supposed to be in Iraq, in OIF ('03 to current). If so, it is not the right version of M2A2 Bradley. The current version in the M2A2 ODS (ODS representing modifications based on lessons learned in ODS) or an M2A3. The Tamiya M2A2 ODS kit builds into a fairly accurate modern Brad as of about 2003. The older M2A2 kit you used is correct for an Operation Desert Storm (ODS, '90-'91) vehicle. Check out the below article by Pavel to see some changes/upgrades to be made to the Tamiya and Academy kits to bring them up to date and add some detail. Pay special attention to the ODS Supplemental for the most current modifications.

Don't get me wrong, it is a great looking and well built model. It is just not accurate for a current Bradley in Iraq since 2003. If you remove the sign, it could be a Bradley in ODS since the kit decals are for that conflict as well.
