Looks cool

I'm reading through the Manasherob book on the IDF Centurion Shot Kals and it's a neat story. I wrote a review here:

One thing I noticed about your model: would crews have left storage (green wooden box and .30cal ammo boxes) on top of the rear bustle like that which would have obscured rearward line of sight from the periscopes? I'd think that crews would have been disciplined enough not to diminish their vehicles' performance or even endanger it. Just a thought.

boxes?

Hi,
As you can see in the pic the basket is always overflowing when they are at war. I have a pic in a book and it has 2 larger boxes on the back. I think it gives the loader a little protection from behind as the commander has hie hatch lid.
I have modeled the stowage of this photo.

LOL

Why should I let a simple thing such as photographic evidence move me from my original stance?

Hahaha! Great photo! Great model!

Lovely model and I really like the weathering, it's not too overdone.
I like to build IDF tanks and want to build a collection of them.
I have the AFV Club kit and this has inspired me to start it. Thanks for the nice photo with the storage. Any other pics would greatly be appreciated.

So many models, so little time!
