      Yes its true that some albanins use serbian passports, i m macedonian citizen and i wanted to become citizen of kosova so the only way was to go to serbija to pay for serbian passport as citizen of kosova and after 6 months i did apply for kosova passport, and i was granted with one ,so in other way the serbian gouverment did favor to me, its all about money
