At this time there is documented proof that the US government supports, maintains and operates a weather modification and nullification satalite in geosynchronous orbit. This satalite has existed for some times, and uses a series of lasers to alter the affect of high and low preasure systems within the atmosphere. The process has been so refined over the years that they can attenuate the satalite to whatever affect they desire. The first test was during Hurricane Andrew in 1991. The truth is they tried to veer Andrew out to see but at that the time the technology was still under development and they miscalculated and helped "push" Andrew into Florida. The results were obvious. Orignally designed to defend the costal regions of the United States, the government soon realized that the satalite could be a weapon. There is little doubt at this time that this technology was used to "aim" Katrina toward the alabama/new orleans/missisipi coastline---this area containes some of the most economically repressed people in the country...really doesn't take a nobel prize winner to figure this one out....Anyway I am too agitated now to write and more and will continue this in a second post in a day or so.
