Why ICJ will legalize the Independence of Kosovo?
1. Kosovo was historically more then three times forcefully joint Serbia Empire (12th century), Serbs, Croatian and Slovenes Kingdom (19th century), and Socialist Republic of Yugoslavia (20th century), based on self-determination right under UN charter of rights proclaimed itself as free, independent and democratic multiethnic country.
2. Kosovo for centuries have been under the worst genocide in the world for centuries and Kosovo case is the right of people to choose to live in freedom and self-organization.
3. Kosovo was legally constitution unit of dead federation each doesn’t exist anymore and like other units, choose to live as independent country.
4. Kosovo has no territorial claim outside of its administrative border when Kosovo was as a constitution unit of ex-Yugoslavia so meet the UN charter of rights condition to live in peace with its neighbors.
5. Kosovo was governed by UN, who initiated two rounds of negotiations to find the best status for Kosovo. UN plan or so-called Ahtisari plan, was the only very detailed plan each is the based of declaration of supervised or coordinated independence of Kosovo.
6. Kosovo independence contributed on democracy and prosperity of region.
7. The truth sometimes hurts but if you have heart to accept it, it will make you honest, truthheart.
