hello im 16 years old and am rstoring a 54 dodge 1/2 ton pickup and want to know what parts from the b series i could put on the 54 because there is a 53 1/2 ton for sale down the road please help go to zachstrucks.com

the '53 bed and back fenders are the same. the running boards are the same length, but of a different style.
The front end and cab are totally different. Not sure about the engine and tranny but they should be swappable. same with the rear end. they bumpers will not transfer.
