Usage of plastic materials for Surf exterior tuning

Dear Toyota SUV's ouners!!!
I'am the ouner of 92 Hilux Surf from Russia. I'll be much obliged to any one who will find it possible to help me clarify two questions:
1) Whether it is possible to mount intercooler to 2LT-E
engine.
2) Dreaming to make by myself some parts for exterior tuning of my Surf(made of plastic materials) . The reason why, is that such production is enormously expensive in Russia and I belive it's natural desire to give own style to own SUV. I'am surching for technology of making tuningparts like front and rear spoilers and etc. Or may be someone knows how to connect to Mr. Arno Klenkhart, who created Albaco Geo - showcar based on hi-lux pick-up platform and body made of plastic materials. I'am really mad about these ideas and'll be grateful for any information concerning mentioned above questions.
