overheating - problems that may cause itby (no login)It seems acommon problem on surfs it can be a few things A. it could be the fan hubbing slipping have that checked, what i did with mine is you can buy the oil that goes in them, i added more than normal so it locks up quicker. B. make sure there is no air restriction in front of radiator like big spot lights c. It is common on some sufs that the raiator core is partially cloged get a raiator place to flush it out Also dont get them in the red to often you will end up blowing a gasket, on steep hills throttle back don"t keep it flat to the floor all that is doing is giving it more fuel and get it hotter a lot quicker, those are the things i have done and i don't have the overheating problem any more from IP address 203.166.96.236 Goto Forum Home |
