T/F relay

Ken I am having trouble with my 1990 surf in your reply you mentioned you had a wiring diagram
I wonder if it is possible for you to email me a copy
as i am almost possitive the problem with my surf is a
relay as i have checked the computer and vaccum
and all seem ok but am getting no power to engage but am getting power to disengage
