Tyre Pressure

I own an imported 1989 Surf and it's great - except I'm lacking a manual and so basic information about the truck.

Can anybody help me with basic info about recommended tire pressure for highway and also off-road use?

I'm running 4 Firestone 31/10.5R15 tyres.

I'll stop asking stupid questions when the translated owners manual arrives from Oz.
