98 4Runner Tail Light Out

Anyone know how to remove the taillight in order to replace the bulb. I removed the two hex bolts located against the frame, but there are no exterior bolts/screws that I can find. I gave the lamp assembly a little pull but it wouldn't move to much. I don't want to break anything, but I also don't want to spend the money to have a dealer replace the bulb if it's a simple fix. Any help would be appreciated.
