98 4Runner-Changing Taillight

I just had my 98 in the body shop to fix damage from a fender bender. They took off one of my taillights to replace a bulb by removing the screws then just bumping the taillight assembly with the palm of their hand. The plastic gasket just gets a little sticky over time and needs a slight assist.
