3.0 Engine Rebuild Cost

I just had my 3.0 rebuilt by West L.A. Engine (800-200-3644). I just got it back yesterday so it's still being shaken down. The base cost is about $3200 installed. They don't actually rebuild your engine - they have long blocks that they've already built, then install some of the parts from your old engine (oil pump, sensors, etc.)

They provide a 48K mile/four-year warranty on the engine.

If they're not local to you, they will ship the engine whereever you want and let you do the install.
