wont start!

my truck wont start......
well what happens is that it cranks but doesnt catch? you knopw it goes crank.... crank.... crank.... but never catches to go vrooommm??????/ i have checked the plugs indivdually but none are b urnt out... i dont go off roading so it is not water under the hood..... can someone help me maybe give me a tip or two?>??
