'94 4Runner engine swap 3.0 to 3.4

I am really interested in the same question. I have a '94 with a 3.0 that I want to swap with a late model 3.4 liter engine. Please let me know if anyone has any experience with this swap. I live in California so it would have to be smog legal, which means that the computer and smog equipment would have to be changed out so the engine would conform to the smog requirements for year of the newer engine. Am very interested to hear since I have to replace my 3.0 liter now and don't really want to put another 3.0 back in.
