RAV4 -2000 Electrical Problem

Guys--Need Help
Virtually all my electrical has stopped working. Car starts but I don't have speedo, temp, fan,elec windows-mirrors, odom,lighter,windshield wipers,radio, signals shift lever stuck in Park..
About the only electrical that does work is my headlights, dome, horn, emergency flashercks and fuel guage.

I checked the 3 main fuses off the battery & are OK.
Checked all the larger size fuses under the hood & swapped out a few relays to no avail.-- Anyone ??
