89 TD Surf really shakes when engine turned off

I am looking at purchasing an 89 Surf turbo diesel, but it really gives the truck a strong shake as the engine is turned off. I checked another one that shuts down as smooth as a gas engine.

Any suggestions as to the cause of the problem would be greatly appreciated.
