engine diagram landcruiser 2.4td (2L-T) needed

We have a Landcruiser 2.4TD LJ73 from 1989.
There are some problems with the main crank-polie activating the belts for fan, alternator, powersteering, brakes. Does any-one has diagrams from this engine(2L-T)? The engine started to warm, no brakes and steering and all dashboard lichts on. After a close look we saw the crank-polie wasn`t turning (loose nuts?) Is this a frequently problem. How to reach the polie without taking radiator out?
