4runner elect. wind's & 4wd engaging

I just purchased a '91 Toyota 4Runner, the electric windows (all doors and rear window) do not operate. I have checked the relay in the fuse compartment it tested good. I pulled all the fuses I could find, related or not to the windows, but all were good. Any advise on where to look next??

Next, the 4wd does not engage. My Toy has a A.D.D system. Is there a vacuum line or something electrical not working properly. I am told there should be a light on the dash that turns on when 4wd is engaged, it does not light up when engaged.

I am sure I will find more as I go, but this is a good start.

Any advise??
