94 Surf owners manual

I am trying to find a copy of the owners manulal for the 94 Hilux Surf 2.4 Turbo Diesel. Does anyone know the Toyota Part number for this item so that I can order it.
Although I have the vehicle the Surf is not available through Toyota here in South Africa but I can order it with the appropriate reference number. Any helpers?
