4runner and Hilux

Anyone know if it is possible to put the same modifications i.e. rear spoiler and underbody kits, that are on a Hilux onto a 4runner since they are nearly identical. My truck is a 96, and if it is possible how do i special order them. Also, besides a new exhaust, what is the easiest way to get some quick extra horse out of my V6?
