Day time running lights...

I have a 1998 Toyota 4Runner Ltd...but it was made for the Canadien market so their 98's have day time running lights. Washington state dealers do alot of dealer swaps with the Canadien counterparts and they just change the speedometer from km to miles per hour...got it in Seattle.

I don't know how to shut them off but I do know that even with them on all the time, they won't burn out the aftermarket bulbs you mentioned really any much quicker. I installed my bulbs two years ago when I first got my truck and they still haven't burned out. My bulbs are the PIAA Super Whites with the higher (street illegal) wattage.
