G'day.
Find another bank or improve your credit rating.
It may have a bit to do with which State you are in.
I paid cash, but I know that the Defence Force Credit Union had no problems with financing these vehicles, as would Suncorp Metway.
Just look around or try some internet quotes via finance sites such as Channel Nine's Money web site etc.
Don't be afraid to tell the bank where to get off.
