Need advice on rarely driven 1987 4runner

I'm in the States now, but spent the last 2 years living in Japan. My 4runner (left hand drive surf) was taken care of by a friend. He drove it occasionally.

I just returned to the States and have begun driving it every day. I've changed the oil and flushed the radiator and had it lubed.

Is there anything I should be concerned about with this vehichle?
