Hello (((((((((((((((((((((Sister Friends)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) one and all. Mom is back in the hospital and is having a very hard time remembering things. This started about 3 weeks ago and they did an MRI today and I'm waiting for the results. So if you could all pray that they find something that can be corrected that would be awesome. I will keep you posted.

Well, they found a mini stroke that didnt seem to upset or surprise them and a major sinus infection that did. Today she sees the neurologist and we will find out something tomorrow. Back to the waiting game. Thanks (((((Shait))))) I can use all the prayers I can get!

I'm glad the stroke was mild. Hopefully the doctors can get a handle on the infection too. And hopefully the stress doesn't wear on you too much. Take care, of you while you take care of everyone else.

My mom told me a lot the past few y ears "You do what you need to do to take care of you because I need you!"

I loved it when she said that and told me to drive carefully even when she added "i know you always do drive safely but I feel better saying it."

Well they couldn't find anything wrong with mom aside from a mini stroke and she is still confused but not as much as before, thank God. She just can't figure out why she is in rehab and keeps asking me to take her home. I finally came up with an answer that seems to work. When she asks me about going home, I simply say, can you get off the bed, walk to the bathroom, get on and off the toilet, and walk back to bed with no help? She says no and I say that is why you're here.

The stress is kinda hard to deal with but then I have my dear (((((Sister Friends)))))) to help me and pray for both mom and me. Thanks for all of your prayers and keep them coming.

Looking for those answers that seem to work is the key, or ir was with my mom. I'd just use that answer over and over again when she asked certain questions. Trouble is, there's no script, or libretto (!), to check for the answers in.
