RE Help and advice needed please

Before you can ascertain what the nature of the presence that you are feeling is, you must concentrate on the feeling itself - does it give you comfort or a feeling of warmth? Sometimes our relatives are trying to let us know that they are walking our paths with us. In my experience, these kind of connectons usually occur when you are feeling lonely or in need of assistance.
As for the words you are hearing, first figure out what feeling you are getting when this happens (aside from the natural fright which we experience whenever we encounter new things in life). These could be someone trying to guide you. My advice would be to see if you instinctively know what message is trying to be conveyed to you - i.e. if you can place the word in relation to yourself or something you are doing.
I whole-heartedly believe that our relatives and loved ones stay by us throughout our lives, and there are some people who feel their presence more readily than others.
The best advice is to listen to your own feelings and interpret things from there - not all voices were meant to be listened to - but some are intending to help you
