Its hard work ,and you cant be freaked out over the bowel movement part ,some day your
resident may not have any then other days every time you turn around there it is
when i frist started a small bowel movement would end up a large by the time i clean it up
not so bad now,but by no way can you be freak out over that in this kind of work.We had
one girl who would leave the room when the resident was this way and you never seen her till you had them clean up,she is no longeer there.
