thanks rance!! well said. It's just hard being the newbie to this place and knowing things are not done right.
The place got rid of the washable pads so if the residents pee in their diaper sometimes it gets on the fitted sheet and some girls don't bother to change the fitted sheet.
Also the damm fitted sheets don't fit the bed!!!!! So half the time the residents body parts are laying on top of the mattress with no fitted sheet,cuz they don't fit..Supposedly they are suppose to get new one's that fit.We'll see.
I just like them to look neat in bed and it's very hard because of those damm sheets.I wonder what family memebers think?
Don't get me wrong I am not a new cna,I have been doing this job for years and I know the tricks of the trade and how to cut corners to get done on time,but they need to bring pads back into the facility and sheets that fit the bed!!!!!!!!!
