hello everyone,its been awhile since ive posted anything but i just wanted to get your opinion on this one ok.So our DON tells us all that we cannot get to work untill 15 minutes before our shift because the nurses have to do thiere shift reports and we bother them,well for one thing the nurses does not do thiere reports untill way after 3:00(i work the 3-11).Now in all my years of working at any type of job most employers would love it that we get to work so early(i get there at 2:30,start at 3:00).and im like well the DON should be grateful that her 3-11 shift gets there on time at all because her other 2 shifts are always late.Just wanted to get your opinions on this
