Well I had to apoligise to the patient which I didn't have a problem with. The one problem I did have is that they said I was guilty of verbal abuse but that it was not intentional. I was wrote up and everyone had to take a inservice on patient rights. The patient ended up telling the social worker that he thought that I was mad at him and that it hurt him. I am still trying to figure out why that is when we were both sitting there laughing the whole time. But I didn't lose my job and that was my real concern. Thanks for all the advise all. thanks
