Thats sad..It's just one of those things that CNAs have to live with..The low pay at that, the unfair policies, racism, bad superiors and co-workers, and so on and so forth...Its time to increase CNA base salary and address those problems..Without CNAs, those facilities won't even function well..Its time to show care..Theres too much uncontentment, frustrations and unhappiness thats going on and its so obvious and widespread for the proper authorities not to NOTICE..
WHY THEY WON'T CARE MUCH FOR THOSE WHO GIVE MUCH CARE TO THOSE WHO NEEDS IT?
