what exactly happens when you're written up? does it go on the registry or something? what are the reprimands? i had a charge nurse threaten to write me up because i sassed back at her because she rides me all day every day we work together. i don't want to be written up, but i can't just let her harp on me anymore and not stick up for myself. so what exactly happens if you're written up?
