Response to pam

There should be a law that requires nursing homes to have enough CNA's to care for these residents. I live in TN. I contacted OBRA which was passed in 1987. They told me they recommend 4.13 hours for each resident but it is not required. They did say some states to have certain requirements on staffing. I am now trying to find out my area's rules on staffing.
