Obviously from what I've gathered on this site, those of you i've seen post messages on here are exempt from this---------but I'm wondering----How do you handle those CNA'S who are so incredibly lazy and do the bare minimum at work while you pick up all the slack. Is it a generational thing where older CNA's seem to be picking up all the slack for the younger ones who just show up to get a pay check? How do some of you deal with this huge problem? And why is it that management seem to expect so much more from you when they know full well others aren't doing everything in their job description?---I know that no one wants to work themselves to the point of pure exaustion, but why are there so few hardworking, conciensious, respectfull CNA'S out there anymore?--I've complained till i was blue in the face, and yet the supervisors know exactly who the lazy ones are and do nothing about it. So how do you do what you are supposed to do during the day, pick up the slack for the "others",and keep your cool and your sanity?---I don't mind working hard at all. I'm doing what I was ment to do---really----I just hate it when the ones who are trully lazy and don't care about anything but themselves get all the pats on the back while I'm wiping the sweat off of mine while being unrecognized for it!!
Just curious about what you guys do about it.
