Since losing my job in February I have ventured into new territory. The administrator at my previous job had quit and we became business partners. We just recently purchased a modest home (five bedrooms - 3 bathrooms) and applied for our Assisted Living license. We decided that we had enough of the "big" shot corporate guys who really only care about the bottom line... money. We hope to house 6-8 residents - have lots of interested future employees and residents. We also have a possible two other sites to manage.
This concept really reflects our beliefs.
