I live in PA...the facility I work is using mandation to the max. Everyday at least 4-5 aides are mandated. We almost staff second shift with our aides being mandated. You can have no life. You are afraid to make any plans because they truly don't care. They run ads, but who would want to work in a facility where they mandate like this if you can find a better facilty that don't?
We're all burned out.
You want to throw up going in to work everyday because you never know if you'll be coming home when done. Is there any one or place to tell them about this to help us? We want our job and our lives and families back too.
