Everyone should remember, taking pictures IS illegal under any and all circumstances.
Irregardless, yes, families should know but short of lawsuits there isn't much they can do...removing their loved one isn't always an option. The elderly don't have the respect of the next generation nor any generation after them, so our culture doesn't truly care. Someday each of us will be elderly. We need to change the mindset of our younger people.
