I agree westindiana. Patti is obviously very heartfelt, intellectual and opinionated. This equation equals a great person. I am thankful for this website and all her hard work that was put into making it. I am comfortable blabbing at the mouth about my workday here. That's all any of us CNA's ever need once and a while.
