I work the night shift I would like to help with your problem where I work we have a shift work sheet we use that tells us about what patient care needs done like vital signs who needs repositioned and how often who needs to be bathed in the morning etc generally on night shift our work is first and most important is the patient care, then then setting thing up for the other shifts, restocking ,cleaning etc.. hope it helps
