I wanted to tell you good luck as well. I hope your situation is under control now. Forget the negativity, you know what you need to do. I know a woman who was haunted by a situation similar to yours...20 years later! She went for a new job and that old dismissed record somehow popped up. They would not give her the job. She found a lawyer and had it exponged from her record. It is a shame she had to pay for something that should not have been there in the first place. The law is tricky and it has loopholes and you need to be careful of this anytime you are summoned to court-Civil or Criminal.
