I am the TRD dept. head for a 90 bed SNF. I currently have 2 P.T. TRD assistants. Is there anyone familar with a "blended role" such as a C.N.A./activity Asst.?
If indeed we are moving in the direction of "culture change". I feel this could be a new job description in which to explore!
