I'm not sure what TRD is... As for activities, we had one person who did just that only, and did not have any CNA duties. It was just too much to do both. I think blending the two might be difficult. I would have to see the job description before I made a choice...what would these people do? Would they take responsibility for an entire hallway as normal in addition to managing activities? If that's the case, management would really have to show me the money on that one. CNA work is backbreaking enough...
