I was told that once, then I replied "It's not you, so why are you worried? I intend to give these residents the best care I can, part of that is taking time with them, if you don't like it, oh well!" That normally shut's them up quick.
However, I have noticed at my job, that some CNA's do not want you to do too much for the residents for fear you will spoil them. In short, you may make their job harder, because those patients will expect the same treatment from them, which could cut into their routine. I have found lazy people are the first to say you work too slow. |
