What's the Average Stay for DON and ADON??

Where I work it seems like they go though Director of nurses and Assistant Director of nurses and the nursing home admistrator like crazy- Today our Admistrator of 4 months quit- I have been employed there 5 months have gone though 2 admistrators and 2 director of nurses so far- Old time employees says this is normal-
So What about where you are at? How Long do they stat at your place??
Should I be worried????
