just curious

hi there all! I have been a cna for going on 3yrs. i realize that the problem of staff shortage is everywhere.. I work night shift and we are short staffed and have been working a lot of times 2 aides for 4 alls 3 if we are lucky. in the mornings they are wanting us to get up around 15 people for breakfast, which doesnt include bed checks on the residents who dont. just want to know if anyone else is in the same boat?
