Keep trying I've been a CNA for over 30yrs and have never worked in LTC. I worked 7yrs in a Level One ER then 21yrs at this hospital (also a Level One) 17 of them in the Trauma ICU. Now I do the education for the CNAs in the same hospital. In between I worked in a Drs offices. A lot of the CNAs we hire have no experince. We like it that way, we can teach them what they need to know, the way we want it done.
